- The applicant shall fill in and submit the Declaration Form for Imported Goods Transferred between Customs Offices in triplicate, and complete the customs transportation procedures at the place of entry together with the following documents:
A. One "Contact Form for Imported Goods Transferred to Customs" shall be sealed;
B. Import goods bills of lading, packing lists, and other shipping documents;
C. If applying for transit goods that are subject to import license management, the import license should also be submitted for inspection. If the goods are bonded, the processing trade registration manual issued should also be submitted for inspection;
D. Approved and issued supervision book for vehicles or other means of transportation carrying goods transferred between customs offices;
After the examination (including inspection) at the place of entry, the qualified goods shall be subject to customs transfer procedures, and a copy of the customs transfer declaration form shall be sealed and submitted to the applicant for handling the customs declaration procedures at the destination.
